I am by no means a life coach, I'm simply someone trying to create a community for people who are looking to make changes in their lives, grow their businesses, create new experiences, network, and make lasting change for the better.  Normally book clubs would be free-- of course. However, this is not a ‘see who shows up and we read fluff and self-help’ book group; This is an "I commit to having read the book and will be there every month" kind of book club. I hope that you leave each session feeling inspired, empowered, and truly supported. Our meet-ups promise engaging conversations, thoughtful reflections, and a shared commitment to personal development. Of course, things come up and life happens, and I'm sure there will be times when you won't be able to make it, that's okay! But there’s no way to have a great discussion about a book if only one or two people have read the book and only a couple of us show up to discuss and grow together.

 

The price not only shows your commitment to the group but we are also including the following:

(1) Paperback copy of Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza - No need to purchase the book! We have a copy ready to go for you! If you already own this book--gift it to a loved one who needs some TLC.

02.

03.

(1) Journal - I wrote so many notes the first time I read this book! If you don't already do this, it's great to get in the habit of writing  down goals, aspirations, & affirmations! Plus, who doesn't love a good fresh-ass notebook. :) 

04.

Dedicated 60-90 min Zoom or Meet-In-Person 1-2 times per month with the group to discuss assigned chapters. My goal is to break this up into 2-3 months. Dedicated to finding times that works best for everyone. 

05.

Private chat to support each other as we are reading and taking on new challenges--it can be encouraging to have people hold you accountable, share successes, or just keep the conversation going. In most cases, it's best to not let a month go by before checking in.
